This was my first time at Meridien House and I really enjoyed our time there. The house was built by John Russell Pope, who designed the Jefferson Memorial, the National Gallery of Art (West Building) and the National Archives, so it’s got a great history and some beautiful gardens and trees in the back. Not to mention that’s where the Prestons got married! I enjoyed taking a walk down memory lane with them, making some new memories–now with the littlest Preston–and taking photos at their house and Meridian Hill Park along the way.
