We loved Blake and Kristina’s gorgeous fall engagement shoot last year, and it was fun to return to some of the same spots on a completely different type of day for their pop-up wedding ceremony! We took an Old Town Trolley tour bus to the Lincoln Memorial where close friends and family gathered around the couple. A long-time family friend and minister performed the ceremony looking out over the reflecting pool, and a crowd of adoring on-lookers started to gather on the steps next to us. After some portraits, the trolley took us to 1789 in Georgetown for an intimate dinner.
Blake and Kristina know how to laugh and enjoy the moment, which we really appreciated throughout the whole day. They are kind and easy to photograph because they can’t get enough of making each other smile! We love these photos because they capture their excitement and joy, and we’re looking forward to making some more beautiful portraits at their reception in December!
