We’re back for the 4th year in a row with Fort Lauderdale’s best holiday mini-sessions. In the spirit of the holiday season we are also happy to share that $60 from each session will go to Breakthrough T1D, an organization that is working to improve everyday life for those living with Type 1 Diabetes. Breakthrough T1D is helping kids like our 6 year old neighbor, Coco, by providing access to new treatments and accelerating research for a cure for the approximately 9 million people that live with this chronic autoimmune condition.

Our Fort Lauderdale holiday mini sessions are perfect for families who want a new photo together in time for the holidays. A session lasts about 15 minutes and we work quickly—perfect for kids (and husbands) with short attention spans. Within a few days we will deliver a password-protected gallery with your images—plenty of time to order holiday greeting cards or custom gifts! The photos you receive are in high resolution without a watermark and ready to use.

More families are making this a part of their holiday season each year. And each year we get to put more time and energy into our set design and props to make it a truly unique experience.
The Set
All dates will be $199 until November 1st. After Nov. 1, the price will be $229. Back-to-back sessions with many families is what makes this deal possible, so we can only offer this for the time slots available and until they fully book up. What if 15 minutes is not enough time?!!! MANY families opt to book full ($590 – 1 hour) and half ($390 – 30 min) family sessions this time of year and you can schedule for any time or location.

We are in Suite 1 and you’ll see the Donner Photos sign on the door! There is a parking lot right next to our front door.
When and how do I pay?
The session signups will be available until 4:59PM the day before the session at the link above and payment can be made by credit card at the time of sign-up. If you are unable to use a credit card or prefer to arrange another payment method (cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, etc) please contact us by phone or email.

What if I’m late or end up needing to change my session time?
Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure we can say hello and get started on time. If you are running late or know you need to change your session time in advance, we will do our best to accommodate without pushing anyone else’s start times. If the schedule does not allow, the session fee is non-refundable and we will use whatever time is left in your session to take photos.
What should I bring?
Bring your self and family members, and perhaps a few snacks or fun props you’d like to include. Pets are welcome.
What if I need to cancel?
Your session fee reserves your time slot during the mini session week and makes it unavailable to other families. Therefore, we cannot refund session fees that have been canceled. If you are able to substitute another family for your time slot, we can always transfer your spot to them. If your reason for cancelation is a sickness in the family, we will do our best to schedule a time for you to get photos together when you are well, however, we can’t guarantee the set will be available.
Can you help me with Holiday cards?
Yes! When you come in for your mini-session, we will have some samples for you to take a look at and the option to pre-pay for your holiday cards. For just $499 per 100 cards (sold in increments of 5) we will take your Excel formatted address list and:
1. Design your card with your new photos
2. Address each envelope
3. Affix standard US postage
We can either mail them for you or deliver them to you, for you to write your own personal note on each card, seal, and drop off with USPS.
