This was my first time at Meridien House and I really enjoyed our time there. The house¬†was built by John Russell Pope, who designed the Jefferson Memorial, the National Gallery of Art (West Building) and the National Archives, so it’s got a great history and some beautiful gardens and trees in the back. Not to mention that’s where the Prestons got married! I enjoyed taking a walk down memory lane with them, making some new memories–now with the littlest Preston–and taking photos at their house and Meridian Hill Park along the way.
